Description

Efficient inshot burners in the Southbend BGS/13SC Bronze full-size convection oven provide heat and are powered by natural gas. A two-speed fan moves heat throughout the cavity, ensuring air is evenly distributed to maintain the set temperature, which can be adjusted from 140 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. On the control panel, users can also set the 60-minute timer to monitor the cook time and help prevent overheating.

This Southbend BGS/13SC single full-size convection oven has five removable wire racks that can be moved up and down in the cavity on an 11-position guide. Finished with porcelain enamel, the chamber is durable and slick, preventing bacteria and food from sticking to the surfaces. Because the corners in the unit are coved, they do not trap debris or harbor bacteria. Dependent doors open at the same time when the handle is pulled, and they have glass windows that enable operators to check on baking food.
