Perfect for the mass frying of fresh or frozen chips, this Roller Grill Double Fryer can prepare up to 30kg of chips (fresh) per hour. To offer the best control over your cooking, each tank can be independently adjusted to match the requirements of each individual batch. A cold zone is housed at the bottom of the oil bath to accumulate food waste and reduce contact with the liquid, extending the life of each oil batch and saving you money over time. Operating comfortably and precisely at temperatures up to 180C, the basket handles are made of special heat resistant material to withstand constant use throughout opening hours without inconvenience to the operator.
