The Hoshizaki F-822MAK Slim-Line Series flaker provides a solution for commercial kitchens with limited floor space. This air-cooled modular unit produces up to 750 Lbs. of soft, flake-style ice every 24 hrs. while measuring only 22″ in width. Built with stainless steel exterior, resisting the rigors of a busy food service environment.

The internal components include a stainless steel auger paired with a greaseless bearing to minimize mechanical wear and ensure the purity of the ice.
