Quickly and efficiently clean full racks pots, pans, and utensils with the Hobart PW20eR High Temperature Dishwasher.

This convenient dishwasher has a front loading, split-door configuration to accommodate unique needs. Hobarts patented Sense-A-Temp booster heater (sold separately) can also be added to efficiently raise final rinse temperatures up 70F when sanitizing with hot water.

The Hobart PW20eR uses 2.8 gallons of water per cycle and has the ability to clean between 7 to 13 racks per hour. Choose between three different wash cycles of 2, 4, or 6 minutes for the most effective clean.

This front loaded dishwasher is constructed out of stainless steel and is significantly durable for heavy use in any commercialized kitchen. The dishwasher has a large 34-inch door opening to accommodate a variety of large pots and pans. Heat energy is recovered from the condensation of vapors in the chamber at the end of each cycle. This pre-heats the water for the next rinse cycle from 55F up to 140F.
