Pizza artisans that work to prepare hundreds of pizzas everyday require a high quality tool that saves time and reduces fatigue in order to deliver the best and most consistent results every time. This GI Metal pizza peel is an easy to use and long-lasting tool that will act as a natural extension of your arm.

This pizza peel is constructed with an anodised aluminum head and handle that makes it a lightweight tool perfect for the constant maneuvering of pizza into and out of large commercial pizza ovens. Despite its reduced weight, the pizza peel is still extremely sturdy thanks to an oval-shaped handle that aids in its stability while in use.

The flexible head is neutrally anodised to protect it against oxidation. Its rectangular shape offers a large surface area in which to transport the pizza or even rotate it while in the oven. The head is thinly milled at the front to better allow you to slide it under the pizza. It also features perforations that reduce friction and allows for excess flour to fall off easily, keeping your oven clean while preventing smoke and bitter tasting crust.

This pizza peel has a 13 x 13 head and comes attached to a 59 long blue handle thats ideal for large professional electric ovens. The head can accommodate many standard sized pizzas while the long handle helps prevent burns to yourself and your chefs by giving you enough distance to safely maneuver the pizzas inside large ovens. The handle and head metals overlap each other at the joint and get secured with three large rivets that keep the pieces from moving and vibrating while in use, making it more comfortable to manage over long hours.
