This CB GV24/28/42M “Hot air” rotisserie offers a high volume capacity in a small footprint. With its glass rear panel this rotisserie can be “Island” sited to allw customers to view product being cooked.

• Cooking system through convected heat and quartz lamps
• Fitted with manual controls
• Variable thermostat temperature control – 0 – 250C
• 120 Minute timer with continous cooking mode setting
• Capacity 24/28 birds (1kg or 1.2kg) on 4 long spits – will take 5 baskets spits. Spits not included.
• Fitted with side opening door – left hand hinged
• Supplied with removable fat collection tray with Fat drain cock fitted
• Fitted with temperature indicator light
