Clifton Flat Lid to Suit 1/2 Gastronorm Container – HC582

Designed to be used alongside Clifton Food Range Portable Sous Vide Machines, the LDCA-8 Flat Lid helps to provide insulation when cooking to reduce water loss. Especially important when doing long, slow cooks, water can quickly evaporate if the water bath is open, so this genuine Clifton lid is perfect for helping to keep consistent temperatures without having to refill water regularly.
