The Eurodip DG16V has a meat capacity of 175-200 pounds and features eight double burners that produce 96,000 BTU/hr of power. Each burner features individual thermostatic controls to adjust the temperature from low to high. This gyro machine also includes patented movable rear heating elements that allow you to move the entire body closer or further away from the meat without moving the spit, giving you even more control over how you cook your products.

Cleaning up is a breeze with the Eurodib DG16V thanks to its removable grease tray that prevents spills and catches excess fat and oil that slide off the meat when cooking. A burner protection mesh keeps food off the burners while in use and can also be easily removed for cleaning. The entire unit is constructed out of AISI304 stainless steel, so you wont ever need to worry about it rusting or corroding, allowing you years and years of use.
