Description

This Trento Santos #54 Electric Drink Mixer provides the power necessary for beverage service. The heavy-duty motor operates at variable speeds from 8000 RPM up to 16000 RPM, allowing to adjust settings for milkshakes or light cappuccino cream. Because the motor is greased for life and specially designed for quiet operation, it maintains a comfortable environment for guests and staff.

The mixer is supplied with 3 removable agitators that easily screw onto the spindle for different texture requirements. The spherical tool works for general beverages, while the rubber agitator is designed for creamy drinks, and the winged deep tool handles frozen coffee applications. This unit includes a stainless steel bowl and a plastic bowl, ensuring you have the right container for every order.

Built for safety and longevity, the machine features a painted aluminum frame and a chromed aluminum motor block. A thermal detector and overload protection system prevent heat damage, while a friction brake stops the agitator the moment the bowl is removed. The small footprint makes it a space-efficient choice for counters.

• Restaurant Size Recommendation: Recommended for small to medium-sized establishments, such as cafes and dessert shops, that require consistent performance for moderate daily drink orders.
• Maintenance Advice: All removable parts, including the bowls and agitators can be cleaned in a dishwasher or with hot soapy water. The frame should be wiped with a soft cloth to keep the painted surface clean.
