Description

The Scotsman MC0322SAX-1 22″ Prodigy Elite Ice Machine delivers efficient ice production within a compact 22″ footprint, making it a space-saving solution for busy kitchens. This air cooled unit generates up to 362 Lbs. of small cubes every 24 hours, ensuring beverage service remains consistent. The ice size provide a classic look for cocktails while maintaining a slow melt rate.

Operators can stay informed about machine status using the integrated ICELINQ mobile application. This technology connects via Bluetooth to provide real-time diagnostics and guided cleaning instructions directly to a smartphone. The AutoAlert panel features a 16 segment display and a bin-full indicator light that remains visible across the kitchen to keep staff updated on ice levels.

Sanitary operation is prioritized through the WaterSense adaptive purge system, which manages water quality by removing mineral-laden water after each harvest. This modular ice machine utilizes R290 refrigerant to meet environmental standards while optimizing energy use. Removable external air filters simplify the cleaning process by protecting internal components from grease and dust in commercial environments.

• Restaurant Size Recommendation: Suitable for small to medium-sized cafes, bars, or restaurants seating 50 to 100 people who require a steady supply of ice for mixed drinks.
• Maintenance Advice: Clean the removable external air filters weekly to maintain airflow and prevent overheating. Utilize the ICELINQ app for scheduled descaling and sanitation cycles to ensure ice quality and component longevity.
• Manufacturer’s Warranty: Scotsman provides a 3 year parts and labor warranty on all components. Extended coverage includes 5 years for the evaporator parts and labor, plus 5 years on the compressor and condenser parts.
