Description

The Benriner BN-1-IV Japanese mandoline delivers surgical precision for small-scale vegetable prep in professional kitchens. Built with hardened stainless steel blades, this tool allows for manual thickness adjustments from 0.5mm to 5mm. Its 2.6″ cutting surface is tailored for consistent garnishing, ensuring every radish slice or onion ring meets exact culinary standards without the need for power.

This compact slicer features a modular design with 3 specialized julienne blades for fine, medium, and coarse results. The lightweight ABS resin body withstands the rigors of a commercial prep line while remaining easy to maneuver. Included with the unit is a safety finger guard, which helps staff maintain speed during service peaks while minimizing the risk of kitchen injuries.

Maintenance is straightforward, requiring only a quick rinse and hand wash to preserve the blade edges. Because it lacks complex mechanical parts, it offers high reliability for daily use in specialized prep stations or food trucks.

• Restaurant Size Recommendation: For small to medium-volume kitchens or specialized garde manger stations.
• Maintenance Advice: Hand wash only; periodically check the tightness of the adjustment screws.
